Jim Lacatski is a former Department of Defense intelligence officer who played a key role in the Pentagon’s investigation of UFO phenomena. He is best known for spearheading the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Applications Program (AAWSAP), a precursor to the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).
Lacatski’s work focused on researching potential threats posed by unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and other anomalous technologies, particularly through investigations at Skinwalker Ranch. His involvement in these government programs has contributed to the growing interest and declassification of UAP-related documents in recent years.
